- Website & Hosting: Pre-configured WordPress websites (A² SITES), hosting, and domain registration/management.
- Landing Pages: Quick and easy landing page/microsite creation (A² LINKS).
- Advanced Marketing Services: Custom website development, content management, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and analytics (Advanced Services).
2. User Agreements
Users: These Terms apply to individuals and businesses using our website or Services.
Account Creation: To purchase Services, you can create an account on our website. This allows you to manage subscriptions, access servers/domains (if applicable), and monitor project progress (for Advanced Services).
3. Content and Intellectual Property
User Content: You retain ownership of content you share with us (text, images, videos). We may request permission to use it for marketing purposes with your approval.
Ad Armory Content: Content on our website is owned or licensed by Ad Armory. Data generated from our websites may be used by Ad Armory in accordance with privacy laws.
4. User Conduct and Warranties
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in activities that: * Violate any law or regulation. * Infringe on intellectual property rights. * Transmit spam or illegal content. * Disrupt or harm our Services.

6. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Wire Transfer, and ACH. Net 30 terms may be available for approved enterprise customers.
Subscription Fees: Subscriptions for hosting products are available on monthly or annual terms. Domain registrations are annual.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered.
7. Term and Termination
Term of Use: The term of this agreement lasts as long as your subscription is active or your account remains active (for free products).
Termination by User: You can cancel subscriptions by logging into your account or contacting customer support.
Termination by Ad Armory: Ad Armory may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or pose a threat. We reserve the right to terminate any account for any reason.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America. In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt to resolve it informally with Ad Armory. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Modifications to T&C
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the Terms on our website.
10. Additional Clauses
Confidentiality: We maintain industry-standard security practices to protect your confidential information (name, address, email). We will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide the Services or comply with the law.
